Okay, so Laura tagged me. 7 interesting or weird things about me!
1. I used to take tap, jazz, and ballet from the time I was 3 until I graduated high school.
2. I am in the primary presidency. I never saw that coming.
3. Jeff and I met on a blind date. He was the third Jeff I had dated in a row. He was the lucky one! Right! ha ha
4. I am the youngest of 4 daughters.
5. The first time I ever shot a hand gun was on my first visit to Jeff's mom and dad's house in Alpine, WY. It was pretty neat, but it kinda threw me back. Not as easy as it looks on tv.
6. I wanted to have my kids abcd: ex. Alex, Brooke, Casen and "D" name for the last child. Jeff thought the name "Casen" sounded like a car part, so it ended with Brooke. Oh well!
7. I got my first kiss when I was 13. Cute boy from church.
Okay so now I tag: Shondra, Elizabeth R., my cousin Bonnie, my sis-in-law(Polly),Kasey, Jen Schaefer,LeAnn Austin.

I am....... Shay, mom, babe
I want........ to be a better mom and wife
I have....... a great family
I wish........ I were on a cruise right now
I hate........ when people aren't real, put on act
I fear.......... nothing off hand, lame I know
I hear........... actually, nothing, the kids all just left for school and Kate's sleeping
I search.......... the internet for fun blogs and craft ideas
I always......... tuck Hunter into bed and put Kate to bed. She won't let anyone else do it.
I usually......... am trying to figure out dinner 2 hours before it's time to eat.
I am not.......... asleep, I need to go back to bed while Kate sleeps.
I miss............ the cool fall weather and going to Dollywood to see the changing of the leaves
I love......... the funny things Kate does, my family,
I never........... buy things for myself, it's always for the KIDS
I rarely........ drink water, I am terribly addicted to Diet Coke
I cry............ more now than I use to. Loved Conference - it made me cry
I am not always........ on the computer, only half the time
I lose........... my mind
I am confused......... about why we have 2 terrible running mates for President
I need.............. to exercise and tone up
I should........... clean my house today
I dream.......... no, I have night terrors. I dream I would dream.
Thanks Jaimee, this was hard!

When you don't think General Conference could get any better it does. I have been listening to Saturday's session. I thoroughly enjoyed Joseph B. Wirthlin. He talked on despair, adversity and how to deal with it. One thing that touched me the most was to "laugh". I find myself getting upset at drivers and dumb things - he said laugh. He gave great examples of times when his family could have been very upset but instead they laughed. His mother always said to him during times of adversity "Come what may and love it". Wow! He is a great speaker.

I always look forward to listening to President Monson speak. He said, "Live for today". Sometimes I find myself looking too far ahead and forget what is happening today. I need to cherish what my children are doing now because before to long, they are gone and don't need me anymore. One example, is Hunter. Everynight I am to tuck him in bed. Sometimes, I do this grudgingly because I too may already be in bed, or I have already been up the stairs a ton of times and don't want to go up again. But, I go. I need to cherish this time because, one day, Hunter isn't going to want me to tuck him in. So today I am challenging myself and the rest of you to "Live for Today" and be grateful for what we have now.
