V8 Shake!


I made this shake today! It was so good and good for you. Take 1/2 cup of juice (I used the V8 diet), 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of fruit and 1 cup of yogurt. You could add wheat germ in it as well. I love it!

I almost threw up when I thought you had used plain tomato v8. I was glad to see the splash. It actually sounds good. You can always make me one and bring it over.....

I thought you had used the V8 tomato juice, too! LOL. V8 Splash is good...we like that :c)
