Mushroom Smothered Beef

I made this tonight for dinner. It was so good! So I thought I would share the recipe with you.
Mushroom Smothered Beef

1/2 lb. fresh white mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. beef broth or chicken broth
2 T. Worcestershire sauce, divided
1 (4oz.) can diced green chilies
2 1/2 lb. beef chuch or rib roast, sliced into 1 1/2in cubes
3 T. flour
I used a Pork roast and it was very good. Combine mushrooms and onions in bottom of crock pot. Whisk together undiluted soup with the broth, 1 T. of the worcestershire sauce and chilies. Pour half of soup mixture over mushrooms and onions. Place meat on top of mushroom mixture. Pour remaining soup mixture on top. Do not mix. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Increase heat setting to high. Mix remaining worcestershire sauce with flour and several spoonfuls of the liquid from the crock pot until smooth. Stir the flour mixture into the sauce in the slow cooker. cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Recipe from Home Folks' Old-Fashioned Slow-Cooker recipes.
