Mike Mudding

Thanks to Mike, Jeff's brother, he was able to come out and drywall for us. He did a fabulous job! It's finally turning into a real room.

Okay, this is a really good recipe. Here are some pics and the recipe:
Pioneer Woman Chicken Spaghetti
2 c. cooked chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. finely diced green pepper
1/2 c. finely diced onion
1 (4oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
3 c. dry spaghetti, broken into 2 in. pieces
2 c. reserved chicken broth from pot
1 t. Lawry's season salt
1/8 t. to 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 additional cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Cook 1 cut up fryer and pick out the meat to make 2 cups. Cook spaghetti in same chicken broth until al dente. Don't overcook. When spaghetti is cooked, combine remaining ingredients except additional 1 c. cheese. Place mixture in casserole pan and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Cover and freeze up to 6 months. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days, or bake immediately. 350* for 45 min. until bubbly.

Here are more pics of the boys room. Jeff has done a great job. Luckily, my Dad knew how to put in the electric, so we didn't have to hire someone out.

This is the soon to be boys bedroom. This room is above our garage. Mike will be here this week to help Jeff put up drywall. It's all coming together.
