The blue bottle of "Dawn" does amazing things for clothes. Try putting some on a stain of a grease mark, mac n chs, you name it and it takes the stain out. I have bought Shout, Zout, you name it and I can never get out the stains. Try it next time on your dirty clothes. It is great! Do I sound like an infomercial? Really it works.
Wow! You always wonder if conference can get any better and then it does. There were so many great talks given. Okay, so my family knows that one of my favorite foods is crab legs, and I can eat and eat. Well, "Big Daddy's Oyster Bar" in PTC on Weds. has all you can eat crab legs. Jeff and I got there about 6 and our food came out about 6:15. I left just before 8 pm. I ate and ate and ate. Jeff had to leave at about 6:40 due to work. I sat there all by myself eating leg after leg after leg. I think the 2 guys diagonal from us were shocked at how much I could put down. I probably had anywhere from 24-30 legs plus all that yummy meat in the white part. I wanted to take a pic but Jeff was embarrassed to take one. I was in heaven!!!

We don't really have a yard for the kids to play in the snow, so we sat in the hot tub while it snowed. The kids enjoyed it. Our front yard has lots of trees and leaves. It started snowing at church yesterday. By the end of the day it was just cold. They canceled school I guess because they were afraid it would ice over. So the kids got a free day today. Brooke and Hunter went out to play in what was left of the snow today in the yard next door.
Alex wanted some cookies so I told him he needed to bake them. Kate was his little helper. They did a great job!
On Sunday we celebrated Matt's 21st birthday. His birthday is actually tomorrow. We love you Matt!
Hunter's class got to sing at the PTO meeting this past week. Jeff said he did a great job.
Danielle came for a quick weekend trip a couple of weeks ago. It was great to visit with her.
I made this shake today! It was so good and good for you. Take 1/2 cup of juice (I used the V8 diet), 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of fruit and 1 cup of yogurt. You could add wheat germ in it as well. I love it!
So this is Kate's new phrase. Anytime she sees anyone in the kitchen, whether we are washing dishes or cooking. Here comes the chair sliding across the room and a little "Kate" saying "me help, me help." She wants to help wash dishes, cook, you name it. She helps in the laundry room as well.
On New Year's Day we went bowling with Shondra's family. We had a good time. We aren't the best bowlers but all that counts is that we had fun!
I am a little late posting. We celebrated Jeff's birthday on the 28th. He is the big 38 this year. Happy Birthday Jeff!
